Social worker and clinical psychologist. He is co-founder and the President of the European Foundation of Interdisciplinary Studies EGIS. He is a Director of the post-graduate studies course "Supervision als Kunst".

Herbert Eberhart worked as a Senior Professor at "Zurich School of Social work" and teaches in several institutes of higher education.
