Studying Expressive Arts at the EGS - Overview
The Division of Arts, Health and Society offers MA Degrees in
- Master of Arts in Expressive Arts Therapy with a minor in Psychology
- Master of Arts in Expressive Arts Coaching, Consulting and Education with a minor in Psychology
- Master of Arts in Expressive Arts Conflict Transformation and Peacebuilding with a minor in Psychology (Starting in 2011)
Admission requirement: BA or equivalent
(if not, a
BA waiver or access exam is needed and can be done at EGS)
Modules outside of summer schools throughout the year
For all MA studies
Modules K, P and F taken at EGS.
Or EGS can acknowledge credits from cooperating Universities, Colleges and contracted module providers under the terms of the Bologna Educational Treaty. Curriculum compatibility and quality control is secured through the Academic Advisory Board and follows the standards for international Universities.
Total of credit points to be taken outside summer schools:
29 - 30 US credit points or
58 - 60 European Credit points
These credit points can be taken in any sequence in these fields of competencies:
Modules during the three summer schools
Expressive Arts Therapy Masters Program with a Minor in Psychology and concentrations in various arts disciplines
or
Expressive Arts Coaching, Consulting and Education Masters Program
Totel of credit points to be taken in the three summer schools:
31 US credit points or
62 European Credit points
